Mission:
L Nour Editions is a non profit publisher specializing in limited edition photo and artist books by makers from the Middle East and its diaspora. We publish poetic, political and theoretical works. L Nour Editions was conceived to address structural injustices in representation and image making as well as the systemic exclusion of artists of color from the hierarchies of book production and distribution. Our mission is to make accessible and affordable art and photo books and to add our books to the collections of public libraries throughout the world.
